Military Affairs
Mission:
The Military Affairs Committee is committed to supporting the military families of Fort Campbell. It is our goal to make soldiers and their families always feel welcome in Christian County, whether they are just here to visit or have made it their home.

What does the Military Affairs Committee do?
We want to help enhance our community and make it the best place for military families to live, work, shop, and enjoy. From our Operation Left Turn initiatives that encourage soldiers to turn left out of the gate, to special FREE appreciation events, we work diligently to make Christian County the best neighbor to Fort Campbell and the best home to many families.
We never take for granted the hard work, dedication and sacrifice that our military families make for our country, and we believe we must always let them know that we, as a community, care a great deal about them.
Get involved with the Military Affairs Committee.
The Military Affairs Committee meetings are open to all Chamber Members and held the first Wednesday of the month, 11:45 a.m. at the Commerce Center unless otherwise noted.
What is an Eagle Ambassador?
Eagle Ambassadors are individuals or organizations that make a monetary contribution to support the work of the Military Affairs Committee. Currently, there are 180 Eagle Ambassadors from the Christian County area. You can become an Eagle Ambassador for a small yearly investment of $101 for an Individual, or $250 per corporate designee for a business per year. Your generous investment will fund the multitude of projects and services of the Military Affairs Committee. Your support allows the Military Affairs Committee to continue offering excellent programs and services such as Christian County Salutes Fort Campbell Series and the annual Citizens for Fort Campbell trip to Washington, DC.
When you become an Eagle Ambassador, you help to maintain and strengthen relationships with our neighbors at Fort Campbell and their families who call Christian County home. If you have a desire to make a difference and support soldiers, this program is a great way to show your support. As an Eagle Ambassador you receive the latest information regarding Fort Campbell and its movements, are invited to social and networking functions with key leadership at Fort Campbell, and have the satisfaction of strengthening our relationship with Fort Campbell.
